By accessing and using calm-fable.com and our equipment rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
All equipment rentals are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of booking confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline rental requests at our discretion.
Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour increments from the time of collection. Late returns may incur additional charges at the daily rental rate.
All equipment is rented in good working condition. Renters are responsible for inspecting equipment upon collection and reporting any issues immediately. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear.
Renters are responsible for all equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter unless covered by optional insurance.
Payment is required prior to equipment collection unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Outstanding payments may result in denial of future rental requests.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for no-shows.
Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose by qualified operators. Renters may not sublease, sell, or otherwise transfer rented equipment to third parties. Equipment must not be used in hazardous conditions without prior authorization.
Studio space rentals include access during agreed hours only. Renters must vacate the premises by the end of the rental period. Any damage to studio facilities will be charged to the renter.
All content on calm-fable.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of calm-fable or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We maintain equipment to high standards, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or project delays resulting from equipment malfunction.
Renters are strongly advised to obtain equipment insurance. Optional insurance coverage is available at the time of booking. Basic liability insurance is included in all rentals up to the stated value.
Delivery services are subject to additional charges based on location and equipment value. Renters are responsible for providing suitable access for delivery vehicles. Failed delivery attempts due to access issues may incur additional fees.
Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless calm-fable from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of rented equipment or studio facilities.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
